The EOD Worlds experience is like no other. From the moment training begins in January, every detail is built with precision. Our athletes enter a fully customised pre season program designed for peak performance including strength and weight training, advanced conditioning, flexibility and recovery systems, elite mindset work, and tailored athlete nutrition guidance. It’s the complete athletic blueprint to success.

Training continues through April, where preparation reaches its pinnacle, a two week intensive boot camp in Orlando, Florida. The planning begins a full year in advance, down to the exact minute athletes require a re-carb load. Every element is intentional. Sleep, fuelling, hydration, mental readiness, and physical recovery are treated as non-negotiables. Between sessions, athletes experience curated activities designed to strengthen bonds, create lifelong memories, and build an unstoppable sense of team morale.
