At EOD, we don’t expect dancers to walk through our doors as the finished product.

That’s what great coaching is for.

From a dancer taking their first steps into competitive dance to an experienced athlete looking for higher-level training and bigger opportunities, EOD offers a clear pathway through Dance Stars, Novice, Elite and Premier  allowing every dancer to train at the level they need now, with somewhere to progress next.

And regardless of where they begin, the standard of coaching doesn’t change.

Our Tiny athletes are valued just as highly as our Open athletes. Our developing teams aren’t treated as less important than our Premier teams. Every EOD dancer has access to quality teachers, intentional training and an environment designed to develop technique, strength, flexibility, performance and confidence.

Because at EOD, it’s not about the name of the team you’re on. It’s about what happens to you while you’re here.

We expose our athletes to multiple styles, competitions, choreographers, workshops, intensives and performance opportunities creating versatile dancers who are comfortable being challenged beyond what they already know.

Our collaborations with respected professionals across the dance industry bring fresh perspectives into the program and give our dancers access to experiences that extend beyond their weekly training.

For athletes who want to take dance further, our pathway continues toward advanced training and pre-professional development.
