We build our athletes from the ground up with proven athletic coaching involving strength, conditioning, endurance, mobility, speed training and co-ordination. There is no other athletic development program like our in the Australian cheerleading industry.

We offer premium coaching across all levels and classes to ensure that novice through to Worlds teams get the same experience and standard of coaching. Families travel from Tamworth, Karuah and the Central Coast to be a part of our program and the #PINKLIFE experience.

How much do the weekly lessons cost?

Our classes range from $10 per week up to $75, depending on your weekly investment. Our friendly team can sit down with you to discuss all the options.

Is a training uniform mandatory?

Our recreational classes are perfect for those who prefer a casual atmosphere with no specific uniform requirements. Our novice and above teams have a professional training uniform to maintain team unity, equality, and a polished appearance. Our athletes take pride in wearing our logo on their chest.

Can I try it before committing?

Our recreational classes provide an excellent starting point for those who are uncertain about their commitment levels. However, our competition teams require commitment upon signing the EOD agreement."
